Positive: The staff was wonderful and eager to please. They even took us to our room to make sure I couldn't smell scents, mould or bleach due to health issues
Negative: I was so pleased upon walking in the room that I forgot to check the washroom with the staff present. The washroom was very dirty. I don't even want to guess at what was caked on the door handle. Everything in the washroom was dirty except for the towels. We wondered if maintenance had been doing a last minute job there and staff forgot to go back in to clean it. They were renovating other rooms so this was logical. There were also no face cloths In the washroom so we had to use the hand towels for our showers. We arrived exactly 30 minutes after the breakfast started and the "hot" food wasn't even luke warm. Food items were set out, and the area was clean, but there were no light lights or warming stations of which the food could have been kept somewhat warm. We felt bad for any customers who might have been coming in after us. We don't like complaining, or giving poor reviews, but we had the impression these might be new owners and maybe this might help them know what else they need to look at.
