Summary: The proprietor was kind, accommodating and full of gracious + eager hospitality. It seems to be an old property he's gradually upgrading. My mattress and rug were new. I slept soundly. Breakfast was fresh fruit, which prepared me for a day at Mass MOCA. I would stay here again.

Summary: Cozy, comfortable, & clean place to stay after my shift at the hospital. The owner greeted me with complimentary water and juice, and even upgraded my room. The welcoming alone is a reason I will be staying here again!

Summary: There was no breakfast, and there was no hot water (two days in a row). The owner is very friendly, but offered me an 8 ounce children's juice when I mentioned that I had no hot water (in January, mind you). The room was OK and was basically what you would expect for a $75 room - it did have heat and it was fairly clean, though there was some minor shower mold. It is walkable to Spring Street and Williams College, and seemed relatively safe. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and it is on the (free!) bus line, so the location was the main reason I chose this motel, and that worked out OK.

Summary: Admittedly, the place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the owner is very kind and prompt. And the room, though a little bland was perfect for our needs. It was clean, there were no smells, andit was orderly. The bathroom was perfect and everything we could need was available. They have USB outlets near the bed, cable, television, and plenty of clean towels. In the morning is a continental breakfast with fresh fruits and pastries, fresh coffee, and again the post came out to greet us and was very nice and pleasant. For about half the cost of the other places in the area that I checked, next time I’m in the area I will definitely look to stay here first. Great value!
