Positive: Great find in Dublin. Room was spacious and so clean with lovely little touches to make it more comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and they had everything so no worries if you forget something. So fast at responding to any queries. Quiet estate lovely house.

Negative: The room was a bit too warm in the morning but that is personal preference not that it was an issue with the property.

Positive: Situated in a quiet residential area with a pub, shops, and takeout places nearby. Frequent bus service to the city centre running 24/7, with a stop just 5 min from the house. Clean, spacious, and comfortable room, located in a separate part of the house with its own entrance, which provided a good sense of privacy. The drinking water and the kettle with tea, coffee, and biscuits was a nice touch. The self check-in and check-out process was very convenient.

Negative: A bit further from the city than expected. The backyard door was difficult to close from the outside and the house door was also challenging to lock and unlock.

Positive: Perfectly clean. All the facilities you need. Liam and mary were easy and fast to get info from.

Negative: Absolutely nothing. There is an inconsistency in the check out time but it didn't affect me. 11:30 on booking.com vs 11am in the manual in the room.
