Positive: Beautiful panoramic views from every window Lots of wildlife - kangaroos, ducks, rosellas, cockatoos, galahs Plenty of space for the kids to play outside Kitchen well stocked and practical

Negative: Some traffic noise from victor harbour road A second bathroom would be useful, one bathroom was ok for us with little kids. If 6 adults were staying it would be more difficult to manage

Also the accommodation had everything you need for a comfortable stay (ex: kitchen utensils, dishwasher, shampoo/body wash, washer, fireplace, books/DVDs, TV with all streaming apps). Negative: BBQ was a big dodgy, and prior to arrival Thete was some confusion about wet area access… we were under the impression we only had access vi at a bedroom, but was not the case, whereas has dual access and could be misunderstood… might be good idea to explain this better.

Summary: Great spot, cafe 100m away… definitely recommend.

Negative: We had hot water issues and were told to change over the gas tanks in the dark, which we struggled to do as there were no instructions we went without hot water for hours. the shower hose is loose and wont stay up.
