Positive: Excellent location close to Southfields tube station. Laura was so kind to let us check-in early. Very good communication with landlord. Spacious studio with everything you need.
Negative: Water pressure in shower can be improved.

Positive: Location was the only positive. The picture in this booking is not the studio we got. Terrible and when I asked they said they had two.
Negative: The photo is misleading, really small space, dusty, not as clean and old really used things inside (like rusty toilet holder-must things including the cushions and sofa looks really old and used). The bed was terrible, you barely put the hand on the mattress and it makes the most terrible sound and you can feel the metal when laying down on it , also no space next to one end of the bed. They have two different studios and we got the tiny one, the products they place are the cheap easy too. Wouldn’t recommend , booked for older couple for daughter’s wedding and was a big disappointment, in comparison to other options in the area. I asked them about the bed for the specific type of guest and they said that the bed wouldn’t be a problem, not true: uncomfortable, bed against a thin wall next to the other studio, and barely any space on the bottom to move either because the cabinet/closet is there. Not at all comfortable. They say they leave tea, a couple of coffee and milk, and they got no milk, and old opened loose teabags and already tried to nespresso cups. Host also leaves you with a housekeeper name and number and that’s it. The photography makes it look comfortable but it’s not, really tiny! Be aware, is no refund for a reason: trap!
Summary: A huge disappointment that really impacted negatively the mood, rest and comfort of the parents of a bride. Terrible.

Positive: The room was clean and cozy, minimum noise from the street. Very good located close to the underground station, only 200 m away and close to the grocery shops. Communication with the host was great, Wiliam is always helpful. It was nice to find in the room coffee capsules, milk and water on the beginning for a small refreshment. I recommend the accommodation.

Positive: the flat was clean, well equipped, very close to the metro station, located in a quiet area and still close to restaurants, mini market and bakery. I especially recommended it for families with small kids because everything you need is nearby and the neighborhood seemed peaceful and safe. The were no noises during night. We enjoyed eating in the small yard, had nice walks after dinner to release the stress after sightseeing London. It was very coinvent for visiting Wimbledon village, wonderful Cannizaro park and Hampton Court.
Negative: I found the mattrass of the bed too hard and the mattrass of the sofa too soft. Still we were tired enough to sleep though the night. The jet of water from the shower could have been better and temperature more stable . Otherwise my rate would be 9.
Summary: Overall a good experience. Strongly recommend it with a toddler!

Positive: Apartment was equipped with some food and drinks to start us off. Local Tesco was 2 minutes away.. Apartment was clean and spacious. We arrived early and met with Laura who was very friendly. Loved the quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to tube for the the museum tour and van gogh immersive experience we had planned.. Local Italian, Lebanese and Briyani restaurants were great and would recommend. Thank you William and Laura for being a wonderful host.
