Positive: Upgraded to a King Suite on a high floor for free upon arrival. The suite was spacious with a high ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a clean, comfortable bed. Solid WiFi, plenty of power outlets, mini fridge, a ton of complimentary waters, and two TVs. Doesn't get much better!
Negative: Our room got a little warm. Despite setting the temp to 65 and the fan to 'on' and blowing constantly, the room didn't get much cooler than 70, and we prefer to sleep around 67. I think it probably has something to do with the fact that it got so cool that night, but I'm not sure.
Summary: One-of-a-kind views of the Old Steel in a luxurious, inviting, quiet, clean and convenient setting.

Positive: We were in town for musikfest and you cannot beat the proximity to the event. The whole facility is very clean. I also liked having restaurants and entertainment on site.

Positive: Everything from awesome service to the excellent amenities. Overall experience GREAT!!!! One can actually have a whole vacation in the property. Complete with casino, event center, outlet, food hall…. The list goes on and on

Positive: Beautiful property housekeeping staff wonderful. Casino was fun outlets were good but a lot of them were closed (permanently)
Negative: Everything was closed on Monday and Tuesday not to mention their pool was closed for a year? When checking in our host Scarlet couldn’t be less helpful and rude. Also they had a huge convention there that took up a lot of parking. And swarmed the casino bar the only bar opened on Monday
Summary: Disappointing don’t include Monday and Tuesday in your trip
