Summary: This is for sure not your typical casino hotel, Staff was overly friendly and very accommodating, parking was very easy and convenient. Myxx was a very nice place to have a good conversation with other visitors as well as staff, only negative was there was no finger food, but the chips and snack mix was a nice touch. Would definitely go back! The rooms were very comfortable and quiet.

Summary: Great location. Right next to steel stack located with free venue festivals. Hotel connected to mall, plenty of food courts and casino. Beautiful lobby nice bar to hang out at. Plenty to do room was excellent. Have not one complaint will definitely stay again.

Summary: My reservation from Hotels.com did not show up at the hotel by the time I arrived. The hotel staff was great as they saw I had a receipt and got me checked in. I will not use hotels.com again!

Summary: The Windcreek hotel is a nice hotel but the room had a slight smell to it that reminded me of a hospital. The heat in the room took a while to kick in. Overall, I did enjoy the hotel and would return again. I'm hoping this was just a one off experience. The staff were courteous and friendly.
