Summary: This is a beautiful beach house, right on the water. Lots of amenities and upgrades. We loved the screened porch and upstairs deck. We were fine with the spiral stairs but they may be potentially challenging for some guests. The area is a little isolated and the beach was quiet in mid-October, which was perfect for us! I highly recommend this property.

Summary: You can't get much closer to the water than this home! The overall experience was wonderful. I'm a germaphobe and this home was kept very lovely and the best part was no carpeting! If we ever decide to go back to this area, there is no doubt we would look to stay here again. The huge windows on each side of the living and dining rooms give a panoramic view of the beach and water. It's awesome! Karen was a fantastic communicator and responded to all our questions in advance so we was prepared to enjoy our stay. She even had left some bottled water in the fridge. There is not much to do in the near vicinity, but it's the perfect getaway if you're just looking to kick back and relax, listening to the water from one of the two decks overlooking the bay. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cookware, utensils, etc., but double check with the host before arriving on whether there is TP, paper towels, hand soap, etc. The nearest store is about 20-25 minutes away. I believe the listing states that toiletries are available, but there was no shampoo or soap for showering and only a drop of hand soap remaining in one bathroom.

Summary: We really enjoyed three nights here beach combing, playing cards and storm watching. The sunrise in a clear day over the water was breathtaking. I was impressed by the whole house sound system for enjoying music. We were disappointed in the kitchen as we planned to cook all our meals and nothing is near by. It had super dull knives, the stove did not work well and the pantry lacked things like olive oil and dish washing detergent (we left some, so it might be there for you!) The room with two beds has tiny beds, so I also don’t think this should be advertised as sleeping 8. But, the property manager did bring us an air mattress quickly upon asking. We imaginged the advertised “kids beach toys” to be floaters and maybe a kayak, but it was a bucket with holes and two rusty chairs! Highly recommend, just be prepared to bring all your stuff!

Summary: I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Everything was perfect. It was something to do for everyone in my family. From board games to playing on the beach. It was so surreal and we are planning to book for next year.

Summary: Clean and comfortable home with everything we needed to cook for a family of eight. Perfect for families with young kids. We really liked the privacy at this place. Top and bottom floor decks are great outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful view.

Summary: What a great house! Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Incredible shower upstairs. Super quiet neighborhood. A real getaway. Outstanding water / beach views. Fantastic sunrise and sunset. We had our Grand children visit for a day and they had a blast exploring the beach. The water is very shallow and we could walk out a long ways with the kids with no worries. Can't wait to stay again.

Summary: The house is clean and has everything you might need. The views are spectacular. The screened in porch is so nice to have coffee on and look at the ocean. Karen was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. We are a family of 6 and easily fit in just two of the bedrooms. The smart tvs were great. We watched a lot of movies and played chess since it’s still very chilly out. It’s incredibly relaxing being so close to the ocean and watching the sunrise. We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely come back. Thanks again!
