Negative: It states that it’s no smoking, but there were two ashtrays in the room and burn holes in the blanket.

Positive: Gentlman at Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The exterior was a little old looking but don't let it fool you the interior was VERY WELL MAINTAINED. had fridge, microwave, iron & board, hair dryer, linens were very nice as was the furniture. It was also very quiet no loud people or traffic. DEFINITELY WELL WORTH THE PRICE! the owner takes pride in his establishment.

Positive: The motel was close to the casino and the beach in which I was meeting friends at the next day. I made the own aware of the issues in room 104 and she was having the chamber maid change the shower curtain right away. As for the facet issue in the shower she told they were aware of the facet falling off however waiting for their plumber to return their call. I explained to her that they only needed a screw to reattach the facet and not to spend the money on a plumber.
Negative: The bathroom smelt as if someone had smoked in there. I had to buy an air fresher and run the exhausted fan for several hours. The shower curtain needed to be changed out because it had orange scum on it. Thank goodness I turned on the shower prior to get into it because the facet knob was not attached and it could have fallen on my feet. I had trouble adjusting for the hot water. This was not safe.
Summary: Over clean and quiet may stay there again

Positive: Was able to book very last minute. Price was reasonable and I loved how close it was to the shopping Plaza and restaurants. Perfect for what I needed.
Negative: Bathroom could have been a little cleaner but for what I paid not a huge issue.
