Summary: Check-in staff was not friendly or helpful. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and the rooms were decently clean. The beds were a little hard for our liking but we still slept fine. When I called after checking out to get a list of incidentals, I was told they would be emailed and I never received the email. This overall wasn't a Bad experience, but it wasn't a Good one, either.

Summary: When we checked in we were greeted with a smile from Fatima at the front desk. She made sure our stay was enjoyable. Also Nathaniel at the bar is incredible!! Always superb service Never an issue!! He is an asset to .ystic Marriott for sure!!@
