Summary: The people at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. Security was especially rude. Housekeeping was very good. Decent room, the beds were OK, great ocean view. The swimming pool was nice but only open until 7 PM. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good, but not always well stocked. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Summary: Our stay was OK. Our room was a little outdated. The air condition didn’t work well. It was just comfortable not cool but I did love that the house cleaner came every day around 430 - 5 o’clock to clean our room. The security guards were inside and outside, so I felt very protected and safe. All of the security guards were very friendly and they made sure we had a taxi cab every day and every night. The front desk person(s) were very friendly. They answered all of our questions, told us where to eat. Over all great hotel, just wish it was more updated.

Summary: Room was in the back of the building. Too much noise at nights. I coukd not get qualify sleep. Also, the restaurant service needs significant improvements. Used tables stay unclean.

Summary: The property wasn’t the worst, but the tv was broken the entire time I reported it and was told I would receive a small portion of my money back which still hasn’t happened

Summary: View was beautiful, nice pool and room was clean. Walking distance to alot of cool places or taxies available right at front door. Hotel had limited amentities.

Summary: Remodeling potentially good but unfinished. Water not yet connected to toilet in bathroom. Had to fill ice bucket with water to manually flush. Elevator out of service. Had to carry heavy bags up exposed spiral staircase to upper floor. Not ready for prime time.
