Positive: if I could read this place a 20 out of 10 I would! The staff were exceptional the food, the ambience, the decor, the cleanliness of the hotel the promptness of room service. The entire experience was luxury, and I’m so thankful to the staff that took their time to take care of my family and I.

Positive: This place is very nice and clean. The room we had was huge. This is the biggest room I have ever seen while booking trips. Taxi service will be your best friend. Everyone was super nice and polite.
Negative: The only problem I had was I wanted a fan. They brought me a fan that did not work. I requested a new fan 4 times and never received the fan during our whole stay and that is why they get a 9 out of 10.
