Summary: Maybe it’s lost in translation, maybe our room wasn’t correctly prepared. Expedia has among its amenities bathrobe and slippers, but there were none in the room. Their website specifies “ The library and magazines in your room where you can read about the history of wine, events, cellar tours, tastings and the grape harvest in our vineyard.” There was none of that in the room and was not given information either when checking in. Not sure even if that is only offered during certain times of year. I picked this hotel to give my wine aficionado husband the opportunity to try local wines, understanding that options would be given on site, but only had the wine we picked for dinner at Ottolune (amazing BTW). Another discrepancy is the check-out time: it is specified on Expedia as “before 11:00AM”, but on the only paper available in room, it said that it was at 10:00AM. Other that these discrepancies, it’s a quiet and beautiful location worth visiting. Oh, and practice your italian for a better experience
