The main house and each one of the 2 independent guesthouses can be rented all together (for families or groups of friends), but also as individual units. This old winery building complex, is restored to a luxury villa, consisting on 3 houses. It is located on the north-west side of Santorini, at Finikia village , at a walking distance from Oia. Each house has separate terraces over viewing the wine fields of “Baxedes” offering an excellent view to the islands of the archipelago, and the famous sunset of Oia. This property is quite famous, and has been shown in many architectural magazines and documentaries for traditional style and life in Santorini. A private garden of 200 sq. m , includes a tiny swimming pool, a traditional dome oven and barbeque, offering sun protected private corners. Terraces overlooking the Aegean Sea towards the islands of Ios, Sikinos and Folegandros offer amazing view. In particular, the unparalleled sunset of Oia.

Winery House, where dreams live... (The Main Building)
This robust building is composed by two interconnected large cave rooms (canavas) of a total 140 sq.m, surface. Its halls were used for the wine production and for stocking the barrels. Both canavas enter from the courtyard where the main entrance to the house is. The big open space (of over 80 sq. m.) of the eastern canava includes, the living room with build benches, the dining room, the kitchen and an (open) cave bedroom with a double bed. The major bedroom is one entire hall (the western canava) of 60 sq.m. This includes the master bedroom with one build-in Kings Size bed, and above this, a wooden (open) loft with two single sleeping mattresses. Both rooms are decorated in high style. Sleeps up to 6 persons.

Ιs the guesthouse in the garden, an independent Studio of 32 sq. m. including bedroom with four poster bed, Bathroom, Kitchenette with separate entrance, and private terrace with ocean view. Entrance of this studio is from the main courtyard, sharing the same oriental garden with the wineryhouse. Sleeps 2 persons

This 40 sq. m. studio consists of a large open space bedroom-living room, with separate kitchenette and spacious bathroom. It is built on top of the “Winery house”, connected to the garden via steep stone stairs. Sunset studio has an independent entrance from the pedestrian road. The private terrace-balcony of 100 sq. m. offers an excellent place for relaxing, dinning, sunbathing… all with panoramic views over the Aegean Sea and the sunset of Oia. Sleeps 2 persons
"Wineryhouse and 2 guest houses" is situated in the 'FINIKIA traditional settlement' which is a protected neighborhood of Oia. No cars are allowed inside Finikias narrow streets, and the village is peaceful and relaxing. Distance of the house from the bus stop on the main road is 150 meters (walking), from the taverns of Finikia 80 meters, and from the center of Oia 10 - 15 minutes walking.. Nearest sandy beach (Baxedes) is 1500 m downhill

Summary: From our first impression to our last we were never disappointed for a moment. We were 3 adult couples each staying in one villa. Lena, Daniele and his sister were perfect hosts. Lot's of ants in the yard, perhaps some vinegar and water would help.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here, the location was perfect- not quite in Oia (the tourist hotspot), however only a 5 minute, easy walk to get into Oia, and youll be grateful that you skip the hassle of tourist crowds, as well as having space- in Oia, you would probably pay 10x more for what you get in Finikia. Beautiful property, well kept, clean, great history and character. The cave houses are so fun, we all loves each and every room, and there was plenty of space for eveyone in our group. The hosts were helpful and kind, made our lives easier for sure. The one thing we didn't love was having a busy front gate, with people in and out of our patio area (I believe the laundry/storage closet located there is shared with other units). We would 100% recommend booking here, and would come back again ourselves.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful location. Everything went smoothly, it was perfect having the plunge pool to cool off in and the setting is top notch. We had a wedding in Oia so it was great to be in walking distance but not stay in the busier and less relaxing (imo) part. Just perfect - thanks!

Summary: We stayed at the property 5 nights. We had the apartment plus the two guest houses. There were 9 of us, so it was the perfect size. Our daughters and their boyfriends ( aged 25-31) were so excited to stay there. It's gorgeous. We all really enjoyed spending time in the courtyard. The only negative for me (and this is explained in the ad, so it was not misrepresented, just my misinterpretation) was the distance we had to walk from the car park. It was a long, hilly walk. I wouldn't recommend the villa to someone who is not in decent physical shape. But that's Santorini you, and as a positive for me, my legs felt stronger after the trip! Highly recommend this property! :)

Summary: Six of us - 2 couples and 2 singletons - stayed in this property for 5 nights. We loved its peace, especially the beautiful central garden which has both shade and sun. The sunny terraces also provided some extra space for sitting and reading. The property is in Finikia, itself a quiet village. Although there is a walk to the car park on the main road this did not cause a problem and the benefit of no motor traffic nearby was just wonderful. The bedrooms are very comfy and the kitchen plenty big enough to cook for ourselves. The only thing we missed was an oven glove but we managed to improvise! Thank you Eleni for a fabulous place to stay.

Summary: We just checked out of the Winery House - what an amazing few days we had in Finikia. We rented the three apartment/villas - the Winery House (main house), Sunset House (one BR) and Singing Birds (1 BR). Our group of nine fit perfectly in the space and we loved the layouts of all three buildings. The main building (Winery House) has a large kitchen and the indoor dining space was perfect for our large group. But it was also nice to be able to get away to our private retreats when we needed a break. The house is located in Finikia which is a short walk to Oia. We were very happy to be outside of Oia and not downtown because it is extremely crowded in Oia and Fira. There are a few local restaurants that are a stone’s throw from the villa and they were wonderful, and if we wanted a more lively scene it was easy to get to Oia. It was also nice to be able to return to our sanctuary and have space to watch the famous Santorini sunsets from the roof terrace. The house is perfectly positioned for both ocean and sunset views - what a find! The owners (Eleni and Costas) could not have been more helpful to us. They met us when we arrived and spent an hour with us explaining the neighborhood and giving us extensive recommendations. They were available throughout our stay via text for our (many) questions. This was an invaluable service. The villas are so charming - classic Santorini with cave house components as well. Everything was spotless when we arrived and it is evident they take pride in their home. We hope to return someday!!
