Summary: Everything was perfect. Room clean and comfortable. Front desk very pleasant. Breakfast buffet was good. Definitely would stay again.

Summary: I stayed at this property years ago. It is run by different people now and they are not locals. The front desk personnel was a young Indian (from India) woman and is seriously lacking in customer service skills. There is no onsite management personnel of this hotel, the managers and operators do not live in Gunnison. The outside of the property was dirty and the overall appearance of this property is tired and run down. The room interiors were not much better. They looked the same as when I stated there many years ago. Also there was a discrepancy in what I thought I was paying and what I was charged for my one night stay. I ended up paying almost $200 for one night. This property was NOT the price I was charged.

Summary: Rooms were run down. Bathroom walls were un painted and had broken floor tiles. Faucets needed repair.

Summary: Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am. We went at 7:30.There was very little cold ceral. I asked the desk clerk and she said someone had not come into work. We had to leave early so therefore were not happy that it was advertised that Breakfast was at 7:00 and still 7:30 very little.

Summary: The room was decent for the price. However, there were two small stain on both set of bed sheets. One looked like blood near top corner. Did discover until the morning. Not sure if they didn’t change the sheets or replaced with sheets that hadn’t removed the stains
