Summary: Stay was great. The fridge in our room broke. I had to go buy a cooler to keep our things cold. I reported it. It was later in the night. She said someone would come the next day to replace and never did. Laundry room was down so was only able to get one extra towel. All in all everything else was great. I would stay again.

Summary: The building is in need of some general cleaning and repair. Elevator entrances are chipped and scuffed. High top upholstered chairs in the dining area were filthy.

Summary: Room was clean and comfy. The only thing I could say is there was a hint of stale cigarette smoke. I’m not sure if that was from back when it was a smoking hotel or ? It was horrible but I could def smell it. Had no problem with it. Could open the window for air and the furniture didn’t smell like it. Was over very happy with my stay snd will come again! Love the view also!

Summary: This was just a stop over on our family trip to the OBX. Our stay here was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. Only complaint if I had one was I booked this room in November 2024 and requested a room with our daughter but they were located on the second floor and we were on the 5th. No problem though we were all tired from our travels from Ohio.
