Summary: This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Price was amazing The room was immaculate. The shower & beds were wonderful. I would definitely tay again. We couldn't use the pool because of renovation but it looked like it was going to great.

Summary: We’ve stayed many times before when visiting family and it has been fantastic. We did not know they were deep into renovation this time. First, we were looking forward to relaxing in the pool and hot tub, and discovered when we checked in that they were both closed. The next morning, we were awakened by power tools- the area next to the elevators were being renovated, and our rooms were right next to them. In both cases, it would have been nice to know about the renovations before we arrived- I probably would have chosen another place to stay this time.

Summary: Even though it was stated that the pool/hot tub was closed for renovation we missed that when booking. AND during our stay the power went out during a very brief storm came through. No power no lights nothing

Summary: Not happy that pool was under construction. Had other options but chose this hotel because of having pool. Stayed here 2 other times and only used the pool ice, one other time pool closed. Not notified pool was closed. No other problems with stay.
