Summary: I had the pleasure of staying for three months while in transition of a move. I would definitely recommend this place in Paradise (Humarock)!!! Hopefully I'll make it back someday!

Summary: Amazingly well equipped kitchen included dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Comfortable beds, heat and air conditioning. Great outdoor space, many comfortable chairs, several choices for dining space. I loved it. Oh, and tv in the living room and all 3 bedrooms.

Summary: Needed a temporary home while buying a new home. Beach home had everything we needed. Washer dryer outside grill fenced in yard was perfect. Nine plus months very clean cozy and warm. Favorite Restaurant Polcaris only a five minute walk. Love this place but moved to our new home. A very special thanks to Bill for handling all of our needs and also getting us a new stove in January

Summary: Beach house was wonderful. Great location to Ice Cream shop Humming Bird gift shop Polcaris Restaurant and grumpy' bait & Tackle. Beach home is neat and clean with new carpet in living room and three season porch that overlooks river. Cable TV with Internet H B O and showtime is awesome. New washer and dryer on porch makes for easy living. Mattresses were new which was a great surprise for us. Fenced in yard was great for the youngsters. A two minute walk to a great beach was great every day. My husband was thrilled catching stripers surf casting on twenty yards out the back door down the river. Wonderful home. Coming back next year to start a tradition

Summary: We stayed for a week and definitely didn't want to leave. The house is a few houses from Hummarock beach, which is all Private. We had little children with us so it was so easy to go back and forth to and from the beach. The fenced in yard and outside shower were also huge attractions for us. It was perfect. The family has everything there that you could need. I'm so happy we had rented this place and wish I could have stayed for another week.
