4 Bedroom House in Peru

This year-round home is located right on the water with a shaded yard to the right, sunny deck and dock on the water. You can enjoy the water for summer activities, ice fishing and snowmobiling (an ITS trail is across the road) in the winter and enjoy the beauty year round. (For larger groups view our other Worthley Pond Property #101117 sleeps 6 .) The water level this home sports a sunroom with daylight windows overlooking the pond. This room contains a queen size bed, sofa, table, chairs, and TV. A second bedroom with two double beds is located behind the sunroom. The main level of the home contains a dining and living room combination, newly renovated kitchen, three bedrooms and two new bathrooms. The three bedrooms and living room over look the pond. A gas fired wood stove adds to your enjoyment in the living room for those cold winter evenings or cool summer nights. The fenced in yard is shaded with an outdoor fireplace and two tables with chairs. Stepping down from the yard you will find A 12' X 15' deck perfect for enjoying the all day sun and dock your boat. A canoe, paddle boat, and swimming float will add to your enjoyment. You will find the home well equipped with the necessities needed for your vacation including: Cable TV, WIFI, and cell phone access (added for 2015 for most phones) .
While we provide many extras to accommodate you during your stay, this is a camp and you will not find hotel luxuries such as air-conditioning. (fans are provided)

Summary: We had a wonderful week. The house was immaculate when we arrived as always. This is the fifth time we have rented this property and have never been disappointed. Great location on the pond. House within feet of the water. All water views from the bedrooms. The owners are near by and very responsive in case we needed anything. I would highly recommend this house for family groups. Plenty of beds, great side yard with new fire pit. fire wood supplied, plenty of out door furniture, lots of life jackets for use with canoe and paddle boat. well stocked and comfortable house. Thanks again Mike & Donna for another great week!

Summary: House worked well for us. Beautiful view. I stayed in the 2 bed room off the kitchen. My only recommendation is that those beds be replaced. They are very uncomfortable and creaky. The grill could use an update as well. Overall though the house was great. Thanks for having us!

Summary: My family had a wonderful week on beautiful Worthley Pond. The house was immaculate and spacious. We loved all the windows opening to the lake. We enjoyed swimming, fishing, boating and shared meals inside and outside. Everything we needed was provided. The owners, Mike and Dotty, helped us with all our questions and did everything possible to make our vacation extra good. We all want to go back next year and stay longer!

Summary: Donna and Mike’s house has everything you need and more. We had the teenagers downstairs and they liked their personal space! The dogs loved the yard and lake. It was the perfect spot for relaxing all week!

Summary: Spent a week with my husband, kids, and two dogs at this lovely property. Super clean! Within 15 minutes of anything you could want. Perfect location on the water and even though we brought our own kayaks it was really nice to have the option for the canoe and paddle boat. It was a heat wave while we were there, and only a few fans, so we definitely had a couple of unpleasant / humid days with that whenever we weren't out on the water. Well stocked kitchen for basic cooking. Some games on hand for rainy days. My kids' only complaint was having to go through an unfinished section of the lower level to get to the finished section. It made the little ones nervous at first, but they got used to it. Having a bathroom on that lower level would be absolutely perfect, but not strictly necessary. I probably wouldn't bring super little kids here unless I was with them every second given the access to the water, etc. But that's probably true for me of any waterfront property, not just this one! All in all we had a really lovely stay and are so glad we had the opportunity. Would highly recommend to any group traveling with kids over five and dogs. I do think it's best for a large group traveling together rather than two families. We often travel with another family, but we would have had a hard time in this one finding "equal" sleeping arrangements for the two couples.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay (our first getaway since the start of Covid). The house was as advertised (and then some) and had everything we needed for a long weekend escape. Donna was very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. I think our dog, Carter enjoyed the trip the most as is typical of a Lab, he has never met a body of water that did not have his name on it.
