Positive: The pool is a bit small but okay, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast and coffee are not bad. The staff is very nice.
Negative: The airco really makes a lot of noise at night and overall the place feels a bit outdated (shower head falling down etc). Also the location is a bit far from the beach and restaurants and you need to cross a busy street to get there. Would also not recommend this hotel if you have kids who like to run around and play (and thereby make noise) because they prefer things to be quiet. So not a bad place and a bit cheaper compared to the nicer hotels in Lamai, but I would not recommend it. Better to book one of the beach side hotels.

Summary: Location was great, easy to get around, close to ring road transport, about 15 minute walk to beach.

Positive: Breakfast was good with a choice of American or Thai plate. The swimming pool was nice. Chilled atmosphere.
Negative: The room was dark and there was no hair dryer. It was a fair walk to the night market and beach.
