Negative: No exchange of towels. Trash not emptied. Beds were made, that was about it. Dumpster had rotten smell.

Positive: Dev, the owner was kind and responsive to calls and feedback. The room, bed, bath were clean, AC was strong.
Negative: The parking lot and common area was filled with a dozen or so African immigrants drinking, smoking, playing loud, rap music late into the evening, arguing and laughing. In the morning after my first night, they all had safety vests on and appeared to be leaving for some type of DOT work, so perhaps they were long-term renters? I had a small boat on a trailer and was assured prior to my reservation that parking it wouldn't be a problem, but returning from the lake on the evening of my second day, there were so many people partying in the parking lot that I could hardly pull in, let alone park it safely. Not only were the Africans partying, but there was now a crew of tattooed, mulleted, backwards-hatted Wiscobillies partying hard while operating a fireworks stand on-site, blasting their own awful rap music over the Sudanese gangsta rap. I decided that shuttling all my belongings from the boat to my room was not an option, and I didn't feel that leaving anything in the boat or car was safe. So I left, drove home Saturday night, and cut my trip short. I don't know, if this is your scene, you'll probably have a great time.

Negative: I waited over 20 minutes to check in. I rang bell many times and called motel number 3 times before some one answered. The room smelled bad of smoke for a non smoking room. They also doubled charged me

Negative: A bit inconsistent - our friends stayed in a different room and had some problems, mainly with a fire alarm that wouldn’t stop beeping.
