Positive: Area of rental.
Negative: Floors were dirty. Couches had alot of stains on the pads and didn't want to sit on couches unless we put a blanket over them. Were blankets clean? Front porch was very dangerous. many areas were lifted up and moving. No kitchen towels

Negative: The jacuzzi bath tub was out of order, the sauna was out of order, no cable, called to get help w/ the television, and was told there are movies to watch. Could not use fireplace. We could have spent less and had a nice place to spend our weekend get away together some place that had a hot tub to relax and had television to watch. No worth the money w/o these. Charged $150 clean up fee, and we were expected to clean the place prior to leaving. No refund on that cleaning fee.
Summary: It was a nice place but disappointed for the above reasons. No worth the money.
