Summary: Very well equipped, nicely presented and convenient for the Beaches. Nice Patio/Garden area for sunbathing and Dining and for the Dog to wander about. Stayed for five weeks and looking forward to coming back again the same time next year. Well recommended !

Summary: Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for everything needed for a holiday. Large outdoor area, air con and ceiling fans makes a very comfortable stay. The host was very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this beautifully clean apartment in September 2017. The apartment is compact but contains everything you need for an enjoyable stay - kitchen is very well stocked. The property is very secure with off-road parking and has a lovely outdoor eating area / relaxing area with 2 sunbeds. Location is ideal, being a short 10 minute walk to the lovely beach and beach bars / restaurants.

Summary: Great location! Beach is within the short walk. Multiple restaurants and little grocery shops are around and within the close proximity. House is very clean and well equipped, has parking spot. The owner is very helpful and quick with responds. Did not have any problems with it at all. Highly recommend to stay here! Thank you Alberto, for making our stay unforgettable!

Summary: based on two adults and one cat for 3.5 weeks in March 2017 Located in Costabella about 5 miles east of Marbella, the apartment is 5 minutes on foot from the beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the paraphernalia, gadgets and tools for a holiday stay. The open plan lounge-diner is similarly equipped with WIFI, TV and a DVD (kindly provided as an extra by Alberto at our request) with sufficient comfy seating for 4 in the lounge and 4 at the table. Master bedroom well supplied with storage space, a good ensuite and comfortable bed. The garden and terrace are enclosed which was good for our cat. The garden had just been part converted to a car parking space (as road side parking is in short supply, particularly in the summer) which whilst practical for future residents, takes away from the homely aspect we sought. Beach side bars are in plentiful supply, with more recognised restaurants a 10 minute walk away at El Rosario which also has a convenient supermarket. A great stay and a great time had by all of us.
