Positive: Very comfortable bed. Had the best night's sleep. Room is large and light with doors leading to small patio with table and chairs overlooking a larger garden but with natural screening for privacy. Everywhere was spotless and we appreciated the chocolate biscuits and off road parking.

Positive: The accommodation is great for my use, as a base to go into Nottingham for a night out. There is a visitors space at the front, which saves all of the hassle of parking in the city. The room is very well presented, clean and spacious. It has a private entrance to the side with a key lock. Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and towels are all provided. It's only 2 mins to a bus stop and then a 25 min ride into Nottingham. A taxi is £14 back out, after midnight.

Summary: Excellent accommodation for night out or visiting Nottingham
