Summary:
This home is bright, open, and spacious. We're centrally located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a beautiful neighborhood with mature trees and a network of trails and parks with great views.
2300+ sqft, tri-split-level plus basement. We have 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, plus a queen air mattress. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
The Space:
Layout:
- 3 bedrooms upstairs
- Open kitchen/dining/sitting room on main level
- Lower level has sitting area, covered patio with hot tub, and TV room
- Basement has game room, 2 bedrooms, and a desk.
- Big back yard for the kids to play in or for a pick-up game.
Centrally located:
- 5 minutes from IMAX theater and restaurants/shopping
- 15 minutes to downtown, Colorado Springs Airport, or Air Force Academy (all different directions)
- 20 minutes to Garden of the Gods
- 5 minutes to beautiful Palmer Park
Entertainment: highspeed internet, and a Roku TV for Netflix, Hulu, etc.
Please no raging parties, but family get togethers, holiday celebrations, etc. are welcome as long as you clear it with us first. Due to a city ordinance and fire codes there can be no more than 12 people in this home at once, for any family get together, or holiday celebration. Please talk with us about your plans in our home prior to booking. Please let us know and keep parking to the driveway and garage since we're in a cul-de-sac.
Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire home, including the 2 car garage and large backyard. We are located on a cul-de-sac so please be respectful of our neighbors and only park in the driveway and garage (can fit 6+ cars).
The Neighborhood:
The Village Seven neighborhood is an established neighborhood with lots of large trees and a trail network with playgrounds and parks throughout, very family friendly. We're a short 3 minute walk from the nearest trail entrance.
Getting Around:
You'll be centrally located about a mile from either Powers or Academy (major north/south roads) with lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. off of both. This is a suburban home so a car is going to be your best mode of transportation (true for most of Colorado Springs).
Other Things to Note:
AT&T users do not get good signal here. Verizon and Sprint seem to be good (LTE). We do have fast wifi to help you stay connected.
We require ID verification, terms accepted, and security deposit for all reservations.
This is a split level, so is not handicap accessible.
No raging parties, but family get togethers, holiday celebrations, etc. are welcome. Please let us know and keep parking to the driveway and garage since we're in a cul-de-sac.

Summary: We chose this house to be close to our family in the Springs, which worked out great. We were mostly out of the house doing things and hanging with them. Was about 15 min from downtown and close to airport! Had a good stay!

Summary: The property is in a good location, close drive to many main attractions. Unfortunately we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the property. All the carpets are heavily stained. The throw pillows on the beds are dirty with some fresh stains. One bathroom has a sign taped t the wall that it was under repair-toilet was not attached to the ground. Stated full kitchen in listing but only 2 spoons available for use.

Summary: It was a nice house& served our purpose while in. Colorado Springs. Carpets are stained & there were dead bugs in basement rooms. Just needed to be cleaned better. Living areas are nice.

Summary: Very nice rental, it is in a residential neighborhood that feels quite safe. The parking advisements and noise guidelines are to be expected. We are a large family, house has plenty of room with comfortable furniture and beds were great. Contact with the owner by message was easy and they answered right away. Hot tub was clean and ready to go, very nice.

Summary: A pleasant surprise! I was a little skeptical due to some of the other reviews. However, this place was clean, everything in good working order, with many amenities. It is true about the AT&T services not working at the house; however, the Wi-Fi was adequate, and really with the teenagers with less access made a fabulous family weekend. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and things I forgot, like salt and pepper. Plenty of towels, and the hot tub was great and clean. Checked in at 4 pm with no issues and great communication from the hosts.

Summary: This place was close if not 20-30 minutes from majority of the places we went. Did fit 5 couples and a toddler. Price was reasonable. Any issues were referred to owner Ryan and replied immediately via email.
