Renovated and fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with Living, Dining Room and Huge Family Room. The house is a corner lot across from the old Baypointe Golf Course. We have a private lot and great neighbours. The home is located in Tamarac. It is an over 55 community with a clubhouse and a pool and it is heated. This is five minutes from Indian Shores Beach and is close to many great restaurants and Pubs.

Summary: This is a great property - spacious, well equipped, and just a few miles from the gulf beaches. We stayed for a few months while we were in between houses - it has a spacious garage where we were able to store our household items. The neighborhood is quiet and has great walking paths on a golf course covered to a park right next to the property. Ruth is great - very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend and would absolutely book again in the future!

Summary: We had rented the house for a stay of 143 days which we unfortunately had to shorten by 10 days following the coronavirus pandemic. The neighborhood was very nice and the people were very friendly. We very much enjoyed staying at Ruth's house. Everything was convenient for all our needs We would have liked to come back next year but unfortunately the dates were not available for another long stay
