The location of the resort makes it unique because you can walk anywhere to go for dinner or walk in the mornings. It is a very safe area and there is also a supermarket very close by.
To go to the beach you just have to cross the street and to one side there is a nice park.
You have access to all areas of the complex, the pool is quite large with comfortable sunbeds, at the entrance to the complex there is a living room area where you can go down to read a book, or just walk around its gardens.
The complex has a 24 hour guard and doors close at night, but he can open for you at any time whenever you identify yourself as a guest, so that is why is important to register at your arrival.

Summary: The condo and facility building are very nice , comfortable and clean . Great location with lots of options for dining and necessities close by. Pool is large and very nice. The lanai is very large with great view. As mentioned in other reviews there is noise from busy street but we got used to it quick and took it in stride. We would stay again for sure.

Summary: We rented for 4 weeks in January, the condo was great. It is spacious and the balcony is large. The location is excellent, a short walk to everything (beach, restaurants, grocery store). Taxis are inexpensive. $35 pesos ($2.50cdn) to La Crucecita Unfortunately we never got to meet Jessica.

Summary: We loved our time at this property. Unit was perfect set up for 2 families with everything we needed. The view was very nice. Being on the street side was loud with traffic but I would stay there again.
