3 Bedroom Condo in Petoskey

Our 2 story condo offers each bedroom with its own private full bath as well as a half bath on the first floor. We have a second condo in the same complex that is the same size, floor plan, and cost, just different decor'. If this one is full on the dates that you want, then check out our calendar on VRBO # 332758. There is a first floor laundry as well as a fully equipped eat in kitchen with service for 12.
We have a wireless internet setup for you in the spacious living room that overlooks a very private natural setting. Have your morning coffee on our covered front porch or enjoy our full deck for grilling out on the gas grill and enjoying a visit around the patio table in a treed setting. You can take a short walk through the trees to the state park and 2 miles of beautiful Lake Michigan beach and wonderful Little Traverse Bay sunsets. Bikers and hikers enjoy the state park as well as the Little Traverse Wheel Way that runs right by our complex. For the skiing crowd we are less than 7 miles to both Nubs Knob and Boyne Highlands. There are cross country ski trails right next door in the state park. Will do a monthly rental except in the busy summer months which is a 2 week maximum.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay in the "wonderful condo." It was spacious for the 4 of us and very helpful that each bedroom had a bath. The living area was comfortable and the kitchen had all of the supplies needed. Communication with the owners was pleasant, prompt and helpful.

Summary: We had a great long weekend. The condo has all of the supplies you need. Lots of extra linens for the bedrooms and towels. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy to get to Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Mackinac island. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: I stayed a couple nights with a friend and it was just what we needed and wanted. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and it was conveniently located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We easily did a day trip to Mackinac Island. It has everything you need!

Summary: This is as close as you can get to the State Park. We would stay there again. The surfaces that matter were clean, ie toilets, shower, kitchen surfaces, and refrigerator. The powder room floor had some cobwebs, and artificial plants had some accumulated dust. The blind in the kitchen had one missing strap. View from condo is close tall trees in the back and parking lot in front. Each room had its own portable AC vented out the window. The one in our bedroom was loud but didn’t bother us. It was white noise. The east bedroom could use a sun blocking shade. I rated 4 stars but with a little more cleaning would have been 5 stars. Very convenient to wherever you want to go and private. We heard no noise from other condos.
