Summary: Comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen, good washing machine and dryer. The picture of the inside is misleading in that it is very.dark on the ground floor. No information on local facilities like shops. But for a large family it has lots of space and is convientiently located.dark insideVery close to subway

Summary: I was in Queens for my daughter's wedding and wanted to be able to host a dinner and a brunch for our family and her new husband's family. This space was perfect for that. Lots of space to hang out in, two bathrooms, laundry and a functioning kitchen. . . all of which are so hard to find in NYC. Plus the host was helpful and kind. This is a gem if you want to host a lot of people in the city.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this house during our wedding weekend with some friends and family. The house was huge — much bigger than expected in New York. We never felt like it was cramped or that we were on top of each other, with ample space for 7 people. Everything was clean and the house felt secure and safe, and it was a bonus that it’s in a walkable location with quick access to trains and restaurants. The host was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. The only feedback I have is to double check that the correct check-in instructions are sent since we were originally given the wrong door code and WiFi information. It wasn’t a problem since the host responded with updated info immediately. A very pleasant stay overall!

Summary: Location is super close to Manhattan/Astoria, 15-20 mins. Accessible to all the subways. Very safe to walk home after midnight. Plenty of places to eat within 5-10 mins walk. House is spacious and has old school charm. Host was very responsive and thoughtful, couldn’t have picked a better place.
