Large bunk room with one Queen Bed and four twin beds upstairs. Sleeper Sofa in the 1st floor living room. Full kitchen on main level and kitchenette upstairs. Free WIFI and YouTube TV. Onsite Laundry. Outside - two piers are excellent areas for fishing and boating, barbeque grill, basketball goal, two kayaks for use. Located on a quiet cul de sac. Summary: Our group of 10 was in town for the Talladega races and had a great time in this rental. The driving distance was alittle over an hour but was a pretty easy commute.The property had all the amenities needed for the long weekend. The waterfront was nice for those who liked to fish and kayak. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our group. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful.The owners were quick to respond when needed and I highly recommend this property for anyone needing lots of bed space.

Summary: We had nine guys come down to fish for 4 days. The accommodations we're perfect. The host was great to work with and also answered the phone if we had any questions. The view on the lake and the location of the house was perfect. I will tell all of my friends and family about this place.And we'll stay here again.

Summary: Love this house and is in a great location! Lakefront docks and sitting area is amazing. Porch on house is elegant for hanging out. House has plenty of space and everything we need for our stay. This is our second time there and coming back this summer for a week!!

Summary: Our Women’s Ministry team had the absolute joy of staying at this beautiful waterfront retreat for a weekend getaway, and it was everything our hearts needed — peaceful, restorative, and filled with beauty!From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views of the water, cozy and clean accommodations, and a sense of calm that instantly settled over us. The home was spacious and thoughtfully arranged, allowing us to gather together for prayer, laughter and crafts. We even enjoyed the 2 kayaks in the garage. I highly, highly recommend for ministry groups, small retreats, or anyone needing to slow down and soak in some peace by the water.

Summary: We absolutely loved staying here! Our plan was to visit places in Chattanooga and surrounding areas. We were a group of 9 people with an infant of 8 months. We all had more than enough space to be comfortable. One of the best of the house was adequate number of restrooms (4) for all of us, so no hassle of sharing and waiting. The hoise had all kinds of amenities and stuff that was necessary for our stay. We also got to use the kayaks on the lake just behind the house, and had the chance to swim as well. If you’re planning something for a big group, the house is highly recommended!
