This lovely property is situated on the foothills of the Bavarian Alps less than 1 hours drive from Munich. The villa, nestled in a spacious garden offers a large terrace and living spaces facing south with a mountain view. The bedrooms have balconies offering beautiful views of the lush garden and on the north side there is a great view of Lake Schliersee, which is about 10 minutes walking distance. The villa has extensive living spaces consisting of one large living room with an open fireplace and a Steinway Piano, a comfortable reading and TV room with a panoramic view and a cozy dining room for up to 12 people. The outdoor dining table and grill are perfect for barbeques. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a connecting store and laundry room. This split-level home has 5 comfortable and quiet bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a guest restroom; a sofa bed for two is available in the reading room. With its generous layout and well-equipped facilities, the villa is an ideal vacation home for groups of friends or families with children for up to 12 guests.
