The apartment is located on the top floor of the house, but is accessed by a side entrance independent and you have to climb a flight of stairs. The furniture is all new and well cared for. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and cookware nonstick excellent brand. The cleanliness of the entire apartment is taken care of and the bed linen and towels are of excellent quality. The large terrace overlooking the lake is ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, dine lulled by the lights and the music that comes from the premises of the lakefront.

Summary: Patrizia was a wonderful host, she went above and beyond and waited up for me and my parter to arrive at the property 2:30am. She gave us great reccommendations for the local area and was readily available on whatsapp when we had any questions. The view from the terrace really is breathtaking and the property was extremely clean too. The pictures on the listing dont do it justice, it was a perfect place to spend our holiday. We will be coming back soon :)

Summary: We were amazed by the place. Beautiful and cozy, with great view from terrace and every bedroom window. Patricia is very easy to communicate with, thoughtful and caring host. Summary: The apartment was very comfortable with excellent wi-fi, all the amenities needed, and a lovely terrace overlooking the town and lake. Patricia was very warm and welcoming as well as checked in on me a few times to make sure I had what I needed for my stay. The parking is a bit tight as the apartment is on a narrow road, yet it is easy to walk into town if you come without a car. I would recommend this apartment for anyone coming to visit Baveno.

Summary: An excellent apartment for the two of us. The balcony overlooking Baveno and the Lake has great views and was perfect for breakfasts and evenings. The appartment had everything we needed, including air conditioning in the bedroom and Wi-fi. It’s a short 10 minute walk into Baveno with its range of restaurants from take away pizza through to top end. There is a fairly steep hill involved, though. Baveno has small and medium sized supermarkets and a few other shops as well. Several activities locally and easy to get to others further afield. Thank you Patrizia, we had a wonderful time.

Summary: A fabulous, comfortable apartment with amazing terrace overlooking the lake. About 10 minutes walk from the centre of Baveno, (downhill into town, steep uphill on the way back!) Patrizia was extremely helpful, and gave valuable advice on local attractions, of which there are many. We arrived by train and used the ferries and bus to explore this lovely area. Would highly recommend! The house is next to the railway line, and you cannot ignore the trains, but we didn’t find the noise intrusive. A beautiful location, friendly people, and overall a brilliant holiday. Many thanks Patrizia!

Summary: This is a charming, cosy, beautiful apartment and I had quite a great stay here. There is a magnificent terrace and the view on the lake is really impressive. Patrizia (the owner) and her family are super friendly and it was a pleasure to get to know them. Highly recommended!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Patrizias apartment. The apartment has a beautiful view over the lake, the kitchen is well equipped, nothin was missing. Patrizia was a great host and always responded very quickly whenever we had a question. The apartment is only a couple minutes walk away from the pier and also close to the railway-station. We enjoyed both and made several trips across the lake and visited Milano by train. As some guests mentioned, since the apartment is close to the railway-station, you can hear the trains passing by, but that didn't really bother us. If we visit Baveno a second time we will definitely consider to stay at Patrizias apartment again.

Summary: The photos of the apartment don't do it justice - it's beautifully maintained throughout and a comfortable place to be. Facilities-wise, it has everything you could need. The bathroom is modern, the kitchen fully-equipped and there is plenty of space if you're a couple or have young children. The location is very convenient for everything in Baveno (the lake being a short 4-5min walk away), but the road itself is very quiet with almost no traffic, making the apartment a peaceful place to be away from the bustle and traffic of the lakefront road. A small piece of information for future travellers - the parking place is more suited to a smaller vehicle. We had rented a larger car at the airport, and while it wasn't really a problem it would definitely have been easier with a smaller one! We would definitely recommend this to any couple looking for non-hotel accommodation in Baveno, and if we return to the same area would stay here again.

Summary: We had the opportunity to stay at this apartement for our spring holidays in may / june. First - this apartment was much more than we even had expected, considering the reasonable booking rates in this time of the year. The spacy rooms were perfectly sized for our small family (2 adults, 1 child), and the interior fittings and the house's equipment left no wish unfulfilled. The most important feature of the apartment might be the superb panoramic view of the lake, especially at evening time. All the small village's important places are in walking distance: supermarkets, street market, the railway station, historic churches and, of course, the lake with it's promenade and the ferry stations. The apartment is situated on the top floor of the owner's house, with a completely separate entrance and stairway, of course. The house owner, Mrs. C, speaks english perfectly and was really helpful with tips for day tours and places of interest, plus she helped us find the best dinner we had in our whole stay, at La Rampolina restaurant. We had a great stay and hope to be back soon!
