Lovingly maintained tri-level Woodland Pines unit located in Bartlett, NH, with private association access to the Rocky River branch of the Saco River, association in-ground pool and tennis court. Conveniently located only minutes from Attitash Mountain, North Conway, outlet shopping, restaurants and so many more wonderful area attractions!
This thoughtfully designed unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and sleeping for up to 12 people.
The main level features an open concept design with large living room including lofted ceiling and beautiful fireplace with brick surround. The renovated kitchen features ample counter and cabinet space, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker with 12 cup and single cup option, mini fridge/beverage fridge, and all your basic cooking and dining needs. The dining area is conveniently located off the kitchen including a dining table with seating for 8 and breakfast bar seating for 4 and a half bath. The main level also offers private access to the large back deck with outdoor dining table, chairs, gas grill and propane fire pit.
The second level includes a loft sleeping area with full size bed, (1)bedroom with king bed and large flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower.
The lower level is where you will find a great family room with sectional sofa, TV and board games, as well as a full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The first lower level (2)bedroom is a "bunk" room with 2 bunk beds, one bunk has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top the other bunk has a full size bed on the top and bottom, the bedroom also has a TV. The second (3)bedroom has a queen size bed and TV.
LAYOUT:
Main Level - Living room, kitchen, dining area, half bath and access to back deck.
Second Level - Loft sleeping area with full size bed, bedroom with king bed and bathroom with shower.
Lower Level - Family room, bedroom with 2 bunk beds one bunk has a twin on top and a full on the bottom, the other bunk has a full on the top and bottom, bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom.
AMENITIES INCLUDE: *Linens Included (sheets and towels)*, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet, flat screen TVs, fireplace, gas grill, outdoor dining furniture, propane fire pit, association access to Rocky River, association swimming pool and tennis court.

Summary: We stayed with a group of 9 Positives- -location 12 min from outlets -5 min to downtown - amount of beds - updated kitchen - 2 living spaces - parking cons- - no propane for fire or grill - deck was covered in leaves - lights on deck didn’t work we bought a lightbulb - shower head in master about to come out of wall - dining chairs are unsteady about to fall apart - not super clean, , found fake nail on floor - no pets allowed even though dogs next door - bunk beds not sturdy unsafe for teens - tv in kids room did not work

Summary: We had an incredible stay. With a group of young kids and adults, this house was perfect! So neat, fun ski decor, gave such a cozy mountain feel. We stayed in the fall and were a 5 minute drive to storyland and downtown N. Conway. At the house were suggestions for all fun things to eat and do. We will definitely be back!!

Summary: Overall the property was great. Plenty of space for my family. The only thing was the deck lights were not working, but everything else was perfect.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Gove family Woodland Pines condo was perfect for a family getaway. The property was clean and the owners lefts small thoughtful touches such as mini toiletries, mini dish soap, new sponges, and clean linens. The community was quiet and relaxing yet close to all the fun in North Conway. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Trash disposal was close and easy, be careful of the bears! . A perfect location for a vacation.
