THIS LISTING IS FOR THE WOODSIDE BEDROOM WITH A QUEEN BED AND DESK in an owner occupied B&B. My rustic log home is located on Lake Memphremagog adjacent to the bike path that runs along the lake and is groomed for cross-country skiing in the winter. This room shares a full bathroom with my other guestroom. Lake access includes a small private beach with chairs, a canoe & kayak. A simple Continental Breakfast is served. Limited kitchen access is available upon request.

Summary: I absolutely loved it. Best nights sleep I had gotten in a long time. Lynn was so sweet and helpful. I totaled my car while staying there and couldn’t stay the rest of my stay as I couldn’t do the stairs, but Lynn reached out several times to make sure I was ok and if I needed any of my belongs. Definitely gonna stay there again.

Summary: Amazing fireplace. Comfortable bed. Lynn is very nice, and provides breakfast which is super convenient especially if you are skiing. great way to enjoy some natural beauty, as the cabin overlooks the lake. easy trail access.

Summary: It was a nice location and lake access was easy. There wasn’t really a “beach” that was easily accessible but we made it work. If weather is warm, the property has no air conditioning so it was quite hot for sleeping a few nights, but Lynn was helpful with plenty of fans. The remote location was nice. Lynn lives on the property and when she had friends over sharing the property it was a little odd to share the space of the house but she was great about giving us privacy as much as possible. Morning coffee, yogurt/granola, and toast was nice. Lynn was very nice!

Summary: Lynn is a very gracious and accommodating host. The setting is picturesque. The house is at the end of a dirt road which may be inconvenient in heavy rain, but it also adds to the beauty because you have the feeling of being away from it all. The lake view provides 'eye candy' for the mind. I will definitely book with Lynn again if the opportunity arises.
