Mum or dad got a birthday?... having a catch up with friends?... a girlie pamper weekend?... For only £95pp payable after booking we can offer: Afternoon tea is plentiful and tasty, we can have it delivered with use of a gorgeous crockery set also. Treatments include massage, facials, reiki, reflexology and are just wonderful. A 3 course privately cheffed meal can be arranged at the lodge and is such a treat! (Chef is subject to availability). Add on a cocktail class and meal at Harvey’s bar 7 mins walk away and you have an amazing weekend! :) Please note: we do welcome much quieter, relaxed hen pamper style stays but cannot allow any loud hen party type stays - purely chilled out girlie/friends and family stays only - this is really important to avoid issues during stay. No stag groups sorry. Please bare this in mind when booking. Sleeping max 16 people in comfy beds with luxury bedding, this 5 bed house is spacious and private, with complimentary use of its own fantastic hot tub perfectly accessible from the house and sitting in a huge private garden backing onto Jumble Wood. Within walkable distance the Lodge has a gorgeous family pub serving meals late and a 5* rated cocktail bar/bar kitchen - perfect for groups wanting a night out with no taxis!
It’s a mere 25 mins to Leeds for shopping, 5 mins to gorgeous Kirkburton village with its cafes, boutique shops and restaurants and a short drive to beautiful Holmfirth. There are lots of activities available to enhance your stay!! Fantastic countryside in which to bike, walk, fish, golf... group bookings welcome for all these activities all available within a short drive or literally on the doorstep!
There is secure parking for up to 10 cars on a huge drive and the massive garden is great for children. Well behaved pets are very welcome as long as house rules referring to pets are adhered to. There is a utility room attached to the house for muddy paws and boots etc... We look forward to welcoming you and your group in the future!
Please note that because the Lodge is in an excellent location with all you need on the doorstep it is a residential location and has a few responsibilities: noise has to be kept at normal residential levels at all times to be courteous to our lovely neighbours - this is not the place for a rowdy party or noise - think along the lines of a chilled out vibe! No music is allowed outside at any time, although music indoors at reasonable levels is fine inside :) It is important that socialising be taken inside at 10pm to be courteous to neighbours; this curfew is important to note before booking. The hot tub is reopened again early in the morning. The hot tub is complimentary to the accommodation and free to use :) This is non-smoking property. Midweek stays are minimum 4 nights in school holidays. We respectfully ask that outdoor socialising be taken inside at 10pm. CCTV monitors outside areas for security.

‘Stayed at this lovely house for the weekend as a large family for a get together! The house is very spacious and is equipped with everything you would need! The house is very fresh and clean and has a lovely cosy feel to it! The bedrooms are a very good size and were perfect for our family with plenty of bathrooms with the one bathroom being a particular favourite as you can shower with disco lights and massage chair! The dining room contains a lovely table that seated the whole family for Sunday lunch and we enjoyed having Afternoon Tea delivered and set out for us! The weather was beautiful for our stay so we spent a lot of time outside on the patio area which contains the hot tub! This was lovely and the highlight for us! There are noise restrictions outside but this didn’t affect us as by 10pm the children were winding down. The host has great communication and is on hand’
