Summary: Great location for Mesa Gateway and for Cactus Yards for sportsball. HOWEVER, a bit shocking to find there are no ICE MACHINES located on the premises. Also, being a newer motel the facility is very new, but the beds are basically oversized cots with mattresses only. Otherwise, a very functional and practical stay!

Summary: Only 2 dings, needs better Internet, they said they're working on it. They are pet friendly, I saw numerous people with dogs walking around. I think that's great, but you could hear a few dogs barking at 8:00 or 9:00 at night. It's not super loud, and it quieted down by 10:00 p.m.. I would have no problem staying there again. Seems pretty new, it also seems a bit minimalist which is fine by me.

Summary: The temperature of the water needs to be checked alway hot. Dont like the metal bed frame as it makes a lot of noise and can even here beds from other rooms. There was no ice machine which would have been nice since it was 119° and to keep drinks cold. Other than that the hotel was new and smelled great as soon as you walked in.
