Woolly Slopes is located in the heart of the Spa Country, Daylesford, Hepburn Springs Glenlyon, Guildford and Castlemaine are all at your doorstep.
You will have exclusive use of this stylsh 3-bedroom home and its stunning acreage. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests - with 4 single beds (can be formatted into 2 queen size beds) and 1 king size bed plus ensuite. It's the perfect spot for a family or a group of friends to kick back, relax and unwind. There is a porta cot for the little ones and your pets are welcome.
Woolly Slopes is a home with natural finishes and has been beautifully designed with natural luxury and comfort in mind. The kitchen, dining and lounge are all open plan which makes it perfect for entertaining and enjoying each other's company. There is TV, books and board games or take a walk to spot the local bird life - fairy wrens, rosellas, and wedge-tailed eagles just to name a few. Kangaroos in the distance too.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a generous gas oven, microwave and dishwasher making cooking and clean up a breeze. Take in the view from the deck, or our beautiful fireplace will keep you cosy and warm in the winter months (firewood and bees wax firelighters provided).
Starlink hgh speed internet has recently been installed, making it a fantastic workspace for those enjoying flexible working conditions. It truly is a great space to work in as you can really unwind at the end of a workday.
This home runs on solar energy and we use sustainable products wherever possible. High quality linen and sheets are provided, as are Salus and Zeroco bathroom products.
We love Woolly Slopes; and you will too.

We care for Country in multiple ways. Our home is off grid and honey is harvested on our property - far from the house - making use of the native flora.

Summary: Our family had such a lovely time staying at Woolly Slopes. The house and surrounds were pristine. Check-in was straight forward, especially as we arrived after dusk and missed the driveway entry initially in the dark. Amenities were well explained and the house was well-equipped, allowing us to self-cater for our entire stay. The fireplace was set-up ready to start a fire when we arrived, and with ample firewood, was not difficult to maintain. Plenty of space to hang out together but also to find a cosy nook elsewhere for solitude. We used the BBQ and ate out on the deck. Perfectly private with no intrusions, the only others we encountered were birds, kangaroos and the neighbours' cattle. We had such a great time that we would stay here again.

Summary: This comfortable, spacious house is located on an isolated property, sitting on the hill looking over the small valley. We had a lovely, peaceful time, watching kangaroos and taking walks around the property. Kitchen well appointed. Beds comfortable. Heater takes a while to get going but toasty once it is, plenty of wood and a clever system circulates rising heat into the bedrooms, which is a bit noisy. Properly fenced for dogs. Around 12 minutes drive to Daylesford for a wander and good food.

Summary: Such a beautiful property, we had a relaxing stay with some short walks and family meals with beautiful views. Our hosts were great and we were very impressed with the kit out for the kitchen and the attention to detail overall. Highly recommend this property for a peaceful getaway.

Summary: The property surroundings are so quiet and tranquil. The garden is nice and it was lovely sitting out on the veranda and deck. The birds are varied and chatty. The house is well set up with lots of kitchen gear and everything you need except there was no milk and very little coffee. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Summary: An absolutely gorgeous property that is maintained so well by the hosts. You can tell they really put their love and care into it, with so many small details that are appreciated when away from home. So cosy, especially with the log fire on, also really appreciated the well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. I'm sure we will be back!
