Summary: Overall, the property was clean and well maintained. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects to our stay. First, there was no complimentary Wi-Fi. Unless you are a WorldMark member staying at the property, you have to pay an additional fee for internet access, which was unexpected and frustrating. Second, the unit was advertised as a two bedroom, but it was actually a one bedroom with a murphy bed in the living room. This was misleading, as we expected two separate bedrooms. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do because all of the rental suites are set up this way. Was not happy and was mis represented.

Summary: We recently stayed at WorldMark Birch Bay and found the property to be clean and well maintained. The amenities were okay, and the location is great, being close to the beach. It would have been nice if the property offered a billiard room or a casual happy hour, similar to what some hotels provide, as that would have added to the overall experience. We also voluntarily attended the timeshare presentation. Unfortunately, we found the experience to be quite pressured and it lasted approximately two hours. We were also disappointed that we did not receive the seven free days that were offered for attending the presentation. Overall, the stay itself was pleasant, but the timeshare presentation experience was disappointing.

Summary: The hotel is excellent; the only thing that I didn't like was that there is no WI-FI; only if you pay, there is WI-FI.

Summary: We always enjoy our visit here. Very small beach town. Perfect little getaway. Property is perfect and has good accommodations. Door in our room was not bolted on well but aside from that we will be returning

Summary: Amazing Experience because of the Staff!! we had a small problem with the condition of our unit, and Ashley, the customer service manager, took care of us to the highest level… I would definitely choose this property because of the outstanding Customer Service of the staff.

Summary: This was our first time visiting Birch Bay. Had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was very nice. The unit was huge and had a fully stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the outdoor pool, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location is great—right by the water, close to some eating places, and a short drive to Birch Bay State Park. This place met all our expectations and even more. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Summary: The room was clean and was in a good condition. The staffs were friendly and professional. The location was great. Walking distance to the beach and ride bike to Birch bay State Park.

Summary: We arrived a little late- there were about 6 staff I. And they seemed to have issues checking us in. Also no wifi?? They said only for owners? That is so cheap ! Good grief we are paying to be there! Anyways other than that it was fine.
