Positive: Very cute room . Im a bigger girl and had a small problem getting by the bathroom door but I made it work. Very comfortable bed and loved the kayak for my daughter 💕
Negative: I have bad knees so it was tyring going up and down the stairs while watching fire works across the st I guess I could have stayed upstairs 😅 but I wanted to be by the water .

Positive: The view and cleanliness were great. Morning walks on the beach and a beautiful neighborhood to walk around. Accommodations were nice and all that I would need. This unit was just minutes from my sons' homes and places of work. Very nice to have been so close.
Negative: I wished there were a closet to hang my clothes in. The bathroom access was narrow and the shower curtain barely fit into the shower. I'm in the construction business, so I probably notice things from a different point of view.

Positive: It was so quiet and relaxing, being so close to the beach was amazing. Other tenants, mostly amazing.
Negative: The renters next to us in the studio, were rude and made derogatory comments first night of our stay. We didn't interact after the initial hello. We know you don't have control over that :) only thing with the unit is water pressure in shower, was less than sink. But other than that, amazing!

Positive: Overall I have to give this place a 10. The price was really good and the location is good as well. I got locked out, and the nice lady who took my call sorted out the problem in minutes. It was my own fault, not following the instructions emailed to me. I gotta thank her for her patience.
Negative: Now, what I didn't like has nothing to do with the service at all. I don't like how Birch Bay has changed and not for the better. I previously lived in this town, and it has changed since 2017. One thing is that the pubs close at 9pm.and that's on Saturday night. I counted maybe at most maybe 8 Canadian plates on cars, and even that's a stretch. It's nice if you wanna bring your family for a weekend, though. There were way too many Americans driving around, but they seemed to be chill people. I guess I'm used to seeing mostly Canadians there.
