Summary: This is a beautiful house on a gorgeous piece of property. The best part is the view from the living room and deck! We loved sitting outside with a cup of tea in the morning and looking at the stars at night. So quiet and peaceful. The house is super clean with comfy beds and there was plenty of hot water for all 6 of our showers! Kelly was easy to communicate with and we appreciated her flexibility with our reservation. The house was a perfect location for us to explore Cape Breton. We didn't hit up any of the beaches, but hiked lots and did an amazing whale watch up in Bay St. Lawrence. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us Kelly and Marc!! If you're thinking of staying here, don't hesitate to book it...It was perfect!

Summary: The water view was amazing -- my wife and spent time each day sitting on the deck looking at the amazing views. The living room was super bright even on a cloudy day, with plenty of space for the whole family to relax. Super convenient to amenities -- there are several restaurants in easy driving distance, and the entrance to the park is right around the corner. A great vacation find!

Summary: My family had an amazing trip! The house itself is beautiful! There are many details in the house that weren't shown in the pictures that made it so much nicer than we had anticipated! There was plenty of room for us and my folks. 4 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. The yard is large and perfect for kids to play and run around. We had views of the bay and mountains all around from upstairs and downstairs in the bedroom and family room as well and there was a nice breeze which took care of any insects (mosquitos etc). The home itself is located walking distance to stores and a lovely beach. We have 3 young children so the beach was perfect with a park, food, bathrooms and even a freshwater swimming area on the back side. We were very close driving distance to a great many hiking trails and beaches/parks that were family friendly. All areas and washrooms were clean and well maintained. This was a trip my family will cherish and we hope to visit again in the future!! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Xoxo

Summary: This house is right on the water with giant windows overlooking the harbor and mountain side. The beds were comfy, the space was clean and well taken care of. The location is great too. You can walk to the beach AND the lake or you can drive 5 min and park there. Main street restaurant has the best food around and it's 1 min. down the street. Kelly was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!
