The master bedroom has 32' flatscreen TV and a king bed with a new tempur-pedic mattress. The guest suite also has a new queen tempur-pedic mattress. If you enjoy entertaining this home is perfect. The kitchen/dining room area comes with a 42' flat screen TV and the living room comes with a 55' flat screen TV and also includes a free standing bar. The home is very light and bright, as it has been recently renovated and updated with all new furnishings, appliances, tile, paint, cabinets, granite, light fixtures and more. It has an amazing fenced backyard with fruit trees (oranges, lemons and grapefruit), there's plenty of room to entertain, BBQ, or just take in the Arizona Sun. Stunning views of the 4th hole on the Grand View Golf Course. The property is located 15 miles from the University of Phoenix Stadium. Within the community are 3 swimming pools, 3 health clubs and 7 golf courses. The security is top notch, as the Posse patrols the neighborhood at all times. The Del E Webb Memorial Hospital is conveniently located, less than 1/2 a mile away.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed this nice home which is located in a great area of Sun City West. The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and nice bedding. Rhonda always responded quickly to any questions and really cares about her renters. We plan to rent this home again.

Summary: We rented this home for 3 months. Wish it had been longer! Everything was perfect for us. Rhonda is great to work with, and I hope we can do it again. Location was great. We enjoyed watching the golfers and seeing the sunset every night. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. We hated to leave.

Summary: This is indeed a beautiful, spacious home. We wanted for nothing as it’s fully furnished and has all the amenities you need to just move in and live other than food! We rented during the month of October and the weather was terrific. The home is located on a golf course fairway and the neighborhood is very quiet. Any question or issue was promptly addressed by the owner. My wife and I would highly recommend this home!

Summary: This was truly a home away from home. Expertly updated with every imaginable amenity you could think of. Kitchen was well equipped and was not lacking anything you could think of. Amazing outside patio with great views of the golf course and mountains. Beautiful sitting outside and watching the abundant wildlife in the area. This home is in a great location for shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and all outdoor activities. Owner has thought of everything that you might need for an extended stay. She was always just a phone call away. Very accommodating. Save yourself the hassle of research and just rent this home. You will be glad that you did.

Summary: I spent four wonderful months in this spacious and very well appointed home during the winter 2017/18. Close to absolutely everything in SCW. Very private backyard, evening sunsets and great view of Grandview Golf Course and the White Tank Mountains. Liked it so much, I'm returning again next winter! Well worth the drive!
