Welcome to your home away from home in the secluded, gated community of Corte Bella in Sun City West AZ.
Beautiful seasonal home located on the CB golf course overlooking the 5th Hole. Panoramic views and gorgeous sunsets from covered patio. Renovated patio in spring of 2025 includes extended outdoor kitchen with grill and refrigerator. Privacy wall with built in gas fireplace and TV above the fireplace. Front enclosed courtyard for privacy and comfort. Immaculate two bedroom, two bath home with private den, great room, open kitchen with stainless appliances and breakfast bar. Golf cart available for exclusive use within the Corte Bella Community. Corte Bella is a 55 plus Gated Community and offers Community Pool, Recreation center, Restaurant, Golf course, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Bocce Ball Courts, Social Clubs, Day Spa, and Activities for everyone.
Minimum 60 day stay and one applicant must be 55 or older. You will have access to Rec Center and many other amenities within community. Golf is not included in rent but can be accessed through the club for a fee. There are also 9 other golf courses in the Sun City West area.

Summary: We loved our stay in Corte Bella. Nice, active community. It was all we were hoping for and more!! The home was very well cared for and the backyard view was a great place to watch the golfers & enjoy the sunsets with friends/family. But the BEST is the owners, Kathy & Gordon. They were extremely accommodating and welcoming. We greatly appreciate their kindness. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Summary: This Corte Bella beauty was home away from home for 2 months. The home was clean, well appointed, and fully equipped for an extended stay. We enjoyed many hours on the patio enjoying the spectacular view. Gordon and Kathleen were premier hosts. Looking forward to our stay again next year.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with great location even though it was cut short because of the COVID-19 virus. Kathleen and Gordon were very generous in giving us a refund on the unused portion of our stay. We would love to rent this home again.

Summary: This A+ review will probably backfire on us because this home is destined to be in great demand and will probably already be booked when we want to come back. We were lucky to stay here for 5 weeks and quickly felt at home. Lovely decor, well stocked kitchen and baths, comfortable beds, a number of Corte Bella community amenities to enjoy, amazing sunsets from the patio, very accommodating hosts. Sun City and Surprise have a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shopping and Golf Courses and access to the greater Phoenix area. We learned how to use the 303 and other alternative routes to avoid Bell Road. Thank you Kathleen, Gordon and Karen!
