Negative: It’s unmanned - so no one to ask for advice on places to visit or eat, how to use the bus/tram etc. Also no hook to hang a towel after you have used it. A second towel rail needed!

Positive: Renovated, clean room at the heart of Brussels, very close to St. Catherine. The city center is really close by foot. The rooms are on a quiet street, so no disturbances at night. The cozy little kitchen and sitting room has everything you may need, despite the fact that are shared among the guests. All in all a very pleasant staying experience.
Negative: Note that there is a quite narrow stair case to your rooms, so bringing a large suitcase may give you a hard time climbing it. Of course the owner already lets you know beforehand of this, so it's up to you to decide to take the challenge

Positive: It's a very good, cozy, and clean place to stay. It's pretty new, and there are all the amenities that you could need there. It fits well for a short stay.
Negative: The kitchen equipment looked weird. There was a stove but no pans and pots to cook something.

Positive: The location is just perfect. The easiness to access the guest house was good, as well as the room was good enough to meet my expectations.
Negative: Slight delays in responses to my questions, though I always got the replies and all my questions were always addressed and resolved.

Positive: The location is excellent. The decor/ design is beautiful. Very clean upon arrival.
Negative: We were disappointed to not run into any staff member throughout our stay. It would have made it a more personable experience. We stayed two nights, there was no housekeeping during our stay, which is ok for two nights but it would be a nuance if our stay was longer. Not sure if we had to ask for housekeeping or not which is not a nice feeling for the guest to have to ask.
