Summary: We really enjoy in cardeta these 11 nights! The house is perfect for two, a paradise for dogs And people. The house have everything you need it. Marvellous environment sourranded by nature. It’s close to many places to visit. Líane and her dogs are super welcoming. Thanks you for every detail ! We are very happy that we have chosen this house for our Christmas holidays! we looking forward to can back soon!

Summary: Casa Cadeta provided a peaceful and beautiful rural home base for our Tuscany tour. We chose to make breakfasts and dinners in the fully equipped kitchen and make daily tours to hilltop Medieval villages, beaches, or wine tastings. At nights we enjoyed star gazing and listening to an owl and the neighbor’s donkeys. Laine was generous in sharing garden and orchard bounty and we enjoyed organic tomatoes, figs, grapes, almonds, and apples. Would love to come back!

Summary: We spent two very enjoyable and relaxing weeks in Casetta Cardeta. It’s a beautifully restored house in an idyllic location, surrounded by green hills, secluded and yet close to main roads and within easy reach of the many attractive places in the region. It was squeaky clean and equipped with everything we needed. Liane is a very welcoming host and had stocked up the fridge to settle us in. During our stay we were treated to fruit from the garden, homemade jams and fresh pastries for our late breakfasts. A perfect holiday!

Summary: We had the most amazing holiday in this incredible property. It provided the peace and tranquility that we were looking for and Liane was the perfect host. She was available when needed but not intrusive in any way. The property is remote enough to appreciate the night sky full of stars and the noises of the local animals but it was also close enough to tourist attractions in the area such as the Terme, vineyards, beaches and towns like Siena and Montepulciano. We will go back one day for sure.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Tuscan cottage. Great location, away from the tourist areas to enjoy real Tuscany, but at the same time close enough to all beautiful cities and locations you want to see in Tuscany. The host Leane is wonderful, very attentive and thoughtful. Her tips and helpful hints made our stay even more enjoyable. From the olive oil mill to the bar next to the gas station which turned out to be our hangout for a great glass of local wine. The cottage is equipment with everything you need and the views from the porch or the bedroom window are unbeatable.

Summary: My partner and I had the loveliest few days at Liane's home. We wanted a private spot that we could escape and enjoy Tuscany from, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Tucked deep in the hills, nothing but greenery and trees and the sounds of nature surrounds us. We couldn't believe our luck. From the moment we arrived until the very second we left, Liane was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. We were driving from Rome and encountered some troubles with our rental car, so we were taken off schedule, but Liane and her friend Aldo, who greeted us at the property, were more than accommodating. The home is so perfectly hidden we got lost and Aldo had to come fetch us--but he did so cheerfully, even though it was 9pm and dark outside! Once he showed us the little house on the land where we'd be staying, he brought us some bread and a carafe of wine--both so appreciated after a long day of driving! And that was just the start of the hospitality we were treated with over the course of three days: Liane brought us loaves of bread, and on the morning that we were leaving, she even brought us breakfast from the local bakery, and we had unlimited access to the kitchen garden a few metres away from the small house. She spent time with us and gave us really excellent recommendations for where and what to visit in the area and along the way to our next stop--she let us borrow travel books and maps. And, when we left, after she brought us breakfast, she even sent us off with a little bag of verbena tea--tea that she grew on the property! The house itself is just perfect. It's well-equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. It is spotlessly clean and cosy, and the views are unbelievable. And we got as much privacy as we wanted--Liane and Aldo were attentive without being intrusive. Our stay at Casa Cardeta was beyond everything we could've imagined, and we were so sad to say goodbye to it and Liane. We can't wait to return!
