Summary: Room was clean, staff very friendly but did not have any outlook , it looked out over the carpark and motor bikes reving up under our window at 7 am.

Summary: Even though they were showing pics of the rooms in tower, when you check in; we understand it is in another block. We could not keep the window open due to the smell of sewerage. I felt it as misrepresentation.

Summary: The room was clean, beds were comfortable and parking was easy. We only stayed one night to break up a long drive but it was everything we needed.

Summary: No complimentary bottle water in the room. Dont bother with request. Despite submitting my request to get a high floor four months in advance and confirming it on time, it was not accommodated. I understand policies, but better effort would have been appreciated.
