Negative: Where do we begin?? 1) Advertised as a ground floor apartment - was actually a basement. No where was it mentioned that it was a basement. ONLY after we paid the full amount for the stay - the receipt said basement. We asked where they ever mentioned basement - they said in the print. NO - we read it with a fine tooth comb. 2) Charged $500 deposit and after a week/half plus ....many emails asking for it back. (We left it in pristine condition). Being informed that after they have SEEN our review - it would be refunded. We change our's to a glowing review and then our money show up 20 minutes later. We have now reverted the review to what it was originally. IF ONLY we had read the reviews - looks as though this has been done more often than not to people.
Summary: Facility is fine, but a basement. You won't get deposit back until a positive review texted to them.

Positive: Very nice kitchen and dining area. Easy access to everything in Wrigleyville.
Negative: My bedroom had no heat so it was pretty chilly. Just a note. Bathtub didn’t drain very well. Might want to look at that. I would also recommend clear instructions on how to handle the $200 extra deposit. Wasn’t clear clear what that process was.

Positive: The place was exactly as the pictures and better. We stayed in Room #1 it was comfy, cold enough and good size. We literally had the whole place for us as we were the only tenants during the time. Amazing living room and toilet. The WiFi wasn't perfect but good enough although my partner said the WiFi was great for him so maybe my phone who knew. All in all it was a great place and location was just perfect. Everything you need in the neighbourhood. Will be back

Positive: Extremely close to Wrigley Field! Rainfall shower head was amazing! The ability to use kitchen appliances, if needed.
Negative: Says free public parking with reservation, leading one to think there would be a reserved place to park for free, right? Wrong! Asked about the parking and was sent the same message in the original email regarding check-in. Tub drained slow. Digital thermostat displayed message that the air filter needed changing.
