Positive: Nice location. Very clean! Nicely furnished.
Negative: Condo next door had a wind chime that was very noisy due to the wind storm. Also, they left their dog alone for several hours on Thanksgiving afternoon/evening.

Positive: The view of the beach, the comfort of the bed, the fully stocked kitchen. It was super cozy!
Negative: Tv in the smaller room was glitching out and the one in the living room had lines through it. We were also told to put laundry in the washer but we looked everywhere on the property and could not find one. It would have been nice to have directions to it.

Positive: The location was good. The fact that there was a kitchen is good.
Negative: There was no breakfast, I expected a breakfast with that price. And there was no immediate place to eat on the premises. The bed was too small.
Summary: It was ok, I expected more for the price.

Positive: The view from the living/dining/kitchen area was pretty great. Parking was reasonable. Bed in main bedroom was comfortable.
Negative: It took us over an hour to get the code to get into the property. There was no air conditioning and the only room with a fan was the main bedroom. $114 for a cleaning fee was pretty steep, especially to be greeted with a sign that says to take your shoes off inside (not for $114). Shower area was pretty small and the bath mats did not appear to be very clean.
Summary: Better for an extended stay than a one night stay (if you can get in).
