Summary: Location was excellent! Best ever location. The rooms were large and parking was easy, However, They were re-doing the hotel and sadly we got a dated, old, room. I'm sure the new rooms were very nice. Sadly We'll never know. We left the car at the hotel and walked to the maid of the mist. it was close and easier than finding and paying for parking.

Summary: Check in was slow. There was a hidden $20 charge for internet and pool. Our room had cake icing on the handles of night stand. Hot tub in room had hair in it. Not worth the price

Summary: Not worth the money for skyline view. Put you on the third floor and windows are so filthy you can’t see any good views. The jetted tub only one side works at a time and WiFi is horrible and a lot of hidden fees.

Summary: Dated and dirty. The cleaning staff can't be expected to clean permanent damage to the building. That failure falls squarely on the owner(s). The mattresses had obviously seen better days. They were noisy and you could feel the springs. The AC Unit sounded like a jet engine taking off whenever it kicked on. This made sleep difficult. The carpeting in many of the common areas had permanent staining. The furniture in the room was chipped and warped. The outside of our window was exceptionally dirty and probably hadn't been cleaned in many years. The staff was friendly and helpful which is one of the few positives. Wyndham hotels are franchised. If this hotel meets minimal standards to satisfy the franchise contract, Wyndham needs to reevaluate what they're doing. I will likely avoid Wyndham hotels in the future.

Summary: My family and I decided to spend the 4th of July in Niagara Falls. We stayed on the 8th floor in a Sky Suite. The first room they gave us had a leaky air conditioning unit, so they graciously moved us to another suite. Those suites are INCREDIBLE! The location is fantastic being right at the border and within walking distance of the aquarium and falls. My 6 y/o son really enjoyed the pool! We got breakfast from the cafe our last day there. It was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be going back and staying here again.

Summary: Requested upper levels and received 3rd fl of 8 levels for a one night 1 stay. Bed and room was good enough to rest a night. No freezer in fridge. Carts were not brought down to lobby to use when we arrived and staff said they are being used. Didn’t see anyone arriving that late time we arrived. We were able to get 2 rooms side by side.

Summary: There was trash left in the room. The falls were in walking distance but not much food choices. Car alarms kept going off. We had no idea that Niagara Falls City was so rundown.
