Summary: Overall, the property was very disappointing. The only real advantage was its convenient location within walking distance of the park. The elevators were extremely slow, and we often waited 10–20 minutes just to get one to our room. The breakfast was limited and underwhelming, with very few options. Check-in was also frustrating, as the lines were extremely long and the staff moved very slowly. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless your top priority is being within walking distance of the main attractions.

Summary: Floors 7 and down are nice but have a very dirty feel. The carpets didn’t seem like they’ve been cleaned in a long time. Generally the hotel is as pictured but just has a very used and abused feel.

Summary: Great location near Niagara Falls park, but everything else about this hotel was an embarrassment. No breakfast available at 9:00am. Rude guests hoarded any food, but just a mess in restaurant area. No open restaurant or bar. Closed. Hotel hallways were dirty and smelly. Appeared like no cleaning was regularly performed. Bed was amazingly comfortable, but very small bathroom had ants crawling about. Air conditioning was poor and very loud. Common areas a mess. Concierge was not bright. No literature about area attractions. I expected more from a Wyndham property.

Summary: The rooms did not look like the advertised photos. They were not updated as shown in pictures. Laundry facilities were small and also outdated.
