Summary: Good, clean hotel. Helpful staff. Room service is expensive. Great open buffet breakfast. Spa and thermal water facilities were not at the same level of quality or cleanliness (was truly disappointed, and ended up not using the spa, pool etc. even though my main reason for picking this hotel over others was the onsite thermal pool).
