Summary: The hallway carpets were very stained and unclean. Sections even had a slight smell. There was no notification that the linens were changed every 3 days, which is fine for us but we didn't know so we put our used towels together in a floor pile. Check in clerk Zirka (spelling?) was very efficient and friendly.

Summary: Temperature of the pool and hot tub were good. Safety equipment in the pool area was non-existent, despite the proper signage and no pool towels. I paid extra for a pool-view room. The outdoor pool was closed, the garden area had been neglected and not maintained, I had a view of that + a brick wall and overturned patio equipment through my fogged window. The furniture in my room was pretty beat up and my smoke detector had a bag over it. The hotel parking lot and side entrances were littered with trash and pretty filthy. Both times I was at the front desk, there was a delay, once was due to shift change. But the service itself was good. Staff was pleasant. A section of the hotel had the carpet ripped up and the general look of the hotel was in disrepair. I stayed 3 business days and never once saw a contractor or maintenance person working to improve the hotel. Definitely not the Wyndham hotels I'm used to.

Summary: The hotel has so much potential to be great. I think renovating it to keep it up to date with competitors would be good for the owners. Make sure maintenance and house keeping are on top of it at all times. The pool was murky and so was the hot tub. The hot tub jets were not working and the water was grey with floating muck and we even found a used sex toy inside of the hot tub. It was gross. This is where maintenance should be coming in and checking these things. The room numbers were also printed on a sticker that someone stuck on the doors. Again, this is a cool property on the hill with soooo much potential. Please take these comments and use to improve.

Summary: A bit outdated hotel , little toilets uncomfortable for us bigger people , shampoo and body wash were missing ( big bottles there but not replenished ) very clean desk people super nice and lots of parking . The breakfast bar is your basic eggs , bacon sausage and wafflles !there’s a bob Evan’s even at walking distance , hotel is far from main city attractions.

Summary: We should have been made aware that the hotel was under construction! I reserved a king bed and a handicapped bathroom. We got a double bed (just one) and the room was so tiny! They changed our room the following morning. I use a walker and our room was the last one down 2 incredibly long hallways! After they moved us, we were the first room off the the elevator (only 1 elevator worked in the entire hotel). I was very rude to the woman at the front desk the first day and went down to apologize to her. She was gracious enough to accept my apology. I wish I knew her name.

Summary: We did not have a problem with our stay. Staff was friendly and we were satisfied with our room. The only complaint I have is there was a stain or spot on one of the double bed covers. It was not a problem we slept in the othet bed.

Summary: Check in took about an hour and the rooms were not cleaned at all. Stayed for a week and never got room service. All the doors to the building that said you needed a room key were all opened so security is an issue. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience
